Job Description
This role involves planning and executing marketing activities for an exchange platform, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments and a strong understanding of digital asset industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing exchange platform activities including new user registration rewards, trading competitions, airdrops, and user acquisition campaigns
- Formulate activity rules and budgets while ensuring compliance with financial/digital asset industry regulations
- Coordinate with design, technology, and customer service teams to launch activities smoothly
- Monitor activity metrics (participants, transaction volume, conversion rates) and adjust strategies accordingly
- Drive user growth through community, email, and app push notifications
- Analyze user behavior to design targeted activities for different user segments (new users, existing users, large traders)
- Handle user inquiries regarding reward distribution and activity rules
- Conduct ROI analysis (customer acquisition cost, retention rates) and produce review reports
- Identify suspicious activity (e.g., fraudulent participation) and develop anti-cheating measures
- Research competitor activities (fee subsidies, IEO flash sales) and provide optimization suggestions
- Monitor industry trends (new coin listings, policy changes) and plan responsive marketing activities
Job Requirements
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing or growth operations, preferably in fintech or crypto
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret marketing data and user behavior
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements in digital assets
- Excellent project management and cross-department collaboration skills
- Creative problem-solving ability to design engaging user activities
- Familiarity with crypto community management and growth strategies
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adapt to industry changes
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain projects
- Knowledge of smart contracts and tokenomics
- Existing network in crypto communities and influencer circles
- Certifications in digital marketing or financial compliance
