Job Description:
Position Overview: Focused on user growth and agent expansion, responsible for building, expanding, and optimizing channel systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel System Planning & Expansion: Develop and expand diversified online/offline channels (e.g., KOLs/agents, content channels, community channels) aligned with company growth strategies to establish a sustainable channel ecosystem.
- Growth Strategy Development: Design targeted expansion strategies, incentive mechanisms, and partnership plans for different channels to drive new user and agent acquisition.
- End-to-End Channel Management: Oversee the entire channel partnership lifecycle, including screening, negotiation, resource allocation, performance tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the channel liaison to coordinate with product, tech, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring rapid implementation of partnership projects.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Establish performance tracking systems to analyze channel ROI, conversion rates, and user quality, continuously refining strategies and management frameworks.
Job Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in channel operations, business development, or growth operations. Preference given to candidates with financial services, trading platforms, consumer internet, or agent-based expansion experience.
- Professional Skills: Expertise in channel growth strategies, partner management, and incentive system design, with proven success in building core channels from scratch.
