Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the company's agency and partner strategy through comprehensive planning and execution. The candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing policies that align with organizational goals, while ensuring the effective promotion of company products and services. The role also involves building and maintaining a robust agent management system, including recruitment processes, operational oversight, performance incentives, and the strategic elimination of underperforming agents. Additionally, the individual will be tasked with fostering collaboration between the company and its agents to achieve mutual business objectives and maintain a high-quality, stable agent network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and refine agency/partner policies that align with company strategic direction, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in product promotion across all channels.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive agent management system, encompassing recruitment strategies, operational processes, incentive programs, and performance evaluation frameworks to cultivate a stable and high-quality agent team.
  • Provide ongoing business guidance, training, and support to agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet company targets and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate closely with internal management teams to align agency operations with company objectives, and execute various management tasks including performance monitoring, conflict resolution, and process optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives business growth and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to ensure agent teams meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to adapt agency strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure alignment in agency-related initiatives and deliver cohesive results.
  • Prepare and present reports on agent performance, market activities, and strategic initiatives to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines in all agency management activities.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agency management, sales operations, or related fields with a proven track record of success in building and managing agent teams.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy development and implementation, with experience in creating policies that drive organizational growth and product adoption.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with agents, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analysis tools, and performance management software to track agent activities and optimize operations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs tailored to agent needs, ensuring continuous skill development and knowledge transfer.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data, agent performance metrics, and business outcomes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving performance improvements through structured processes and incentives.
  • Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks governing agency operations, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within the agency ecosystem.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges in agent management, such as performance issues, operational inefficiencies, or relationship conflicts.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with international and domestic agents and partners.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business environments and adjust agency strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies to enhance agent performance and expand market reach.
  • Experience in developing and implementing incentive programs that motivate agents to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
