Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as a Payment Merchant Expansion Specialist focusing on the Vietnamese market. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our fiat payment merchant network and enhancing our cryptocurrency exchange ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payment Merchant Expansion: Identify and onboard fiat payment merchants (Payment Merchants) in Vietnam to support cryptocurrency trading activities for exchange users, establishing a robust OTC/P2P merchant network.
- Fiat On-Ramp/Off-Ramp Channel Development: Build and maintain local Vietnamese channels for Fiat On-Ramp (buying crypto) and Fiat Off-Ramp (selling crypto).
- Merchant Management: Oversee OTC/P2P merchants, ensuring payment success rates, managing risks, monitoring transaction volumes and liquidity, and addressing payment exceptions and complaints.
- Payment Ecosystem Collaboration: Establish partnerships with local Vietnamese Payment Gateways, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), E-wallets, and Fintech companies.
- Risk Control & Compliance: Work closely with the risk control team to screen merchants, mitigate fraud and financial risks, and optimize payment processes.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payment exchange/Fintech/Crypto/OTC merchant management.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam's local payment ecosystem.
- Native proficiency in Vietnamese, with English or Chinese as a working language to facilitate effective communication with teams and clients.
