Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze financial and business updates of assigned portfolios.
- Create value by independently providing support on problem-solving and fundraising initiatives.
- Collaborate with management teams to develop and implement strategic plans for performance enhancement.
- Address operational, financial, and governance issues by working closely with management to implement corrective measures.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on portfolio company performance to internal stakeholders and investors.
- Communicate effectively with investment team members, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with external advisors, auditors, and consultants to gather necessary information and ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in portfolio management, financial analysis, or investment roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive fundraising efforts independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of operational, financial, and governance best practices.
- Experience in preparing detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations.
