Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial and business updates of investment portfolios to identify opportunities for value creation.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic plans aimed at improving company performance and value.
• Resolve operational, financial, and governance issues by working closely with the management team and implementing corrective measures.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the performance of portfolio companies to internal stakeholders and investors.
• Maintain effective communication with investment team members, providing the latest updates on portfolio companies and addressing related inquiries.
• Collaborate with external consultants, auditors, and advisors to gather necessary information and ensure compliance with regulations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in investment portfolio management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and business trends.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders and investors.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in the investment sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA.
• Experience working with external consultants, auditors, or advisory firms.
