Job Description:
Platform Product Direction:
- Responsible for product planning and iteration of core exchange modules (e.g., deposit/withdrawal, order system, market display, API interfaces, etc.).
- Optimize trading processes, risk control interactions, and system stability to enhance experiences for both professional and novice users.
- Collaborate with technical, risk control, and compliance teams to ensure products meet Web3 security standards and regional regulatory requirements.
User Growth Product Direction:
- Design growth-oriented product features covering the full user journey: acquisition → activation → retention → conversion → referral.
- Leverage airdrops, campaigns, and community feedback to rapidly test and scale high-ROI growth strategies.
- Build user behavior tracking systems and core metric dashboards to drive data-driven decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Pace Management:
- Deeply participate in key post-cold-launch milestones, developing product solutions aligned with business rhythms.
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer support teams to efficiently translate user feedback into product optimizations.
- Deliver clear PRDs, prototypes, and acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality R&D delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of internet or fintech product experience, with at least 1 year specializing in Web3 (CEX/DEX/wallets/NFTs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience leading 0-to-1 or cold-launch projects for trading platforms, user growth, or community products.
- Deep understanding of Web3 user psychology, balancing decentralized principles with centralized experiences.
- Strong analytical skills to guide iterations via A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Results-driven with ability to prioritize in resource-constrained, dynamic startup environments.
- Excellent cross-team communication and project execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in trading, payment, or financial platform products.
- Familiarity with emerging market needs (e.g., Southeast Asia, Latin America).
- Proficiency in Figma, SQL, Amplitude/Mixpanel for independent prototyping and data analysis.
