Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of requirements and product planning for user growth modules and platform operation tools.
- Design comprehensive user growth paths, lifecycle management systems, and engagement mechanisms to improve user retention and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with development teams to implement platform operation tools including strategy configuration, automated operations, and data analysis features.
- Establish robust user behavior data analysis systems to support data-driven decision making and continuously optimize user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 5 years experience as product manager in internet or platform products. Experience in major tech companies or relevant industries preferred.
- Proven experience in user growth strategies, data analysis, and operational tool design with strong understanding of user lifecycle management.
- Excellent logical thinking and data-driven decision making capabilities with ability to independently develop and implement product solutions.
- Strong cross-departmental communication and coordination skills with demonstrated teamwork spirit.
- Experience in ToC business or marketing automation products is highly desirable.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
