We are seeking a highly skilled API Product Manager to oversee the planning and design of institutional API products for our exchange platform. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in low-latency trading systems and enhance developer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the overall architecture design of institutional APIs covering spot/contract trading, market data (L1/L2/L3), account management, and order management systems (OMM/OMS)
Conduct in-depth analysis of institutional client needs (quant funds, market makers, brokers) and translate requirements into technical specifications
Optimize low-latency API infrastructure including colocation solutions, multi-region deployment (SG/Tokyo/FRA), and binary protocols (FIX/SBE)
Develop institutional onboarding tools including SDKs (Python/Node/Java/C++), testing frameworks, and comprehensive API documentation
Design and implement API stability measures including rate limits, failover mechanisms, SLA monitoring, and incident response protocols
Build developer ecosystem through technical workshops, AMA sessions, and open-source contributions

Job Requirements

3+ years product management experience in trading/fintech (crypto exchange API experience preferred)
Strong technical understanding of WebSocket/REST/FIX protocols, order matching logic, and low-latency network architectures
Deep knowledge of derivatives products including perpetual contracts, margin systems, and risk models
Proven ability to communicate effectively with institutional clients (HFT teams, market makers, brokers)
Fluent English for international client communications
