Job Description
We are seeking a Product Operations Specialist who can bridge operational strategies with product implementation. You will serve as the critical link between the operations platform and the product R&D department, responsible for clearly translating business requirements into product solutions and ensuring timely, high-quality version deliveries. Additionally, you will oversee the productization of internal data dashboards and operational tools to make operational actions more efficient and intelligent.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Coordination: Act as the unified requirement interface between the operations platform and product R&D, collecting and organizing product needs from various business lines such as activities, platforms, and contracts.
- Requirement Translation: Transform vague business requests into clear user stories, functional descriptions, and acceptance criteria, producing standardized product requirement documents to ensure accurate understanding by the R&D team.
- Project Management & Delivery: Establish and maintain a unified schedule for operational demands, negotiating development priorities with product managers based on business value and urgency.
- Full-cycle Tracking: Monitor the entire process from review, development, testing to launch, promptly identifying progress risks and coordinating resources to resolve bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Develop strict SOPs for requirement acceptance, conducting functional validation and regression testing before launch to ensure final delivery quality.
- Internal Tool Productization: Lead the requirement organization and iteration of internal products like dashboards, automation tools, and activity configuration backends.
- Feedback Integration: Continuously gather usage feedback from the operations team, converting high-frequency pain points into product optimization needs to enhance overall efficiency.
- Activity Support: Collaborate with activity operations to translate platform activity rules into executable configuration and development plans, ensuring timely readiness of related features (e.g., task systems, reward distribution, risk control).
Job Requirements
- Industry Experience: 1+ years in product/project operations at a cryptocurrency exchange preferred. Basic understanding of spot/contract trading logic.
- Professional Skills: Exceptional requirement analysis and documentation abilities to transform ambiguous needs into actionable plans. Proven experience leading cross-departmental product implementations from 0 to 1.
- Project Management: Solid methodology for scheduling, prioritization, and risk identification. Scrum/Kanban experience is a plus.
- Communication: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to build trust among operations, product, and tech teams.
