Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Based on product characteristics, build a user community, increase user activity rate, and convert the use of the product as the sole conversion goal.
• Conduct in-depth research on user profiles of on-chain Tugou transactions, and develop corresponding user conversion plans based on user needs and different user characteristics, combined with the product.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of online event promotion, and promptly follow up on the effectiveness of the event.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize community engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community initiatives with overall product and marketing goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, user engagement, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships within the community.
• Experience in planning and executing online events or promotional campaigns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of blockchain or on-chain transactions is a plus.
