Job Description
This role is pivotal in driving the development and evolution of Lightnet's products and services through the Scrum framework. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic leader, guiding the team and stakeholders to align with project goals while ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from initial concept to market release, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor the Scrum team in the iterative development of Lightnet's products, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine the product vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and market demands.
  • Systematically gather, analyze, and prioritize user requirements, translating them into a structured product backlog that reflects business value and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and strategic initiatives to enhance product competitiveness.
  • Coordinate closely with Product Management to ensure the backlog is continuously updated and optimized based on evolving business priorities.
  • Plan and execute product release schedules, setting clear expectations for delivery timelines and feature functionality.
  • Actively identify and resolve impediments that hinder the team's progress toward achieving Release/Sprint Goals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and user behavior, ensuring the product remains relevant and innovative.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of competitors and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decisions and product improvements.
  • Stay current with Agile/Scrum best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously enhance team productivity and product quality.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in product development lifecycle management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess requirements, market trends, and user feedback, translating them into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Ability to create and maintain a prioritized product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with business value.
  • Experience in defining product roadmaps and growth strategies that align with organizational goals and market opportunities.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and techniques to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles impacting project timelines and deliverables.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely delivery of product features.
  • Ability to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological innovations to maintain product relevance and competitiveness.
