Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for Business Development roles (Affiliate BD and Listing BD positions) with focus on Middle Eastern markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and leveraging existing BD networks in the Middle East.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and regional strategic objectives.
• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, ensuring a professional and efficient hiring process from initial contact through final selection.
• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify talent trends and analyze the competitive landscape for crypto/blockchain BD professionals in the Middle East.
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for process optimization.
• Stay current with industry developments, regulatory changes, and talent demands in Middle Eastern blockchain and financial markets.

Additional Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the blockchain/crypto or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern business culture and talent landscape
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills would be a significant advantage
