Job Description
The Business Development (BD) Recruiter position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the company. This role plays a critical part in attracting top talent to support organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment activities including job requisition clarification, job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer follow-up
- Maintain close collaboration with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate profiles
- Assist in optimizing job descriptions to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, etc.)
- Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interview processes and facilitate hiring decisions
- Manage offer negotiations, background verification (when applicable), and onboarding procedures
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools
- Continuously improve recruitment efficiency through process optimization
- Provide regular recruitment reports and market insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with BD hiring background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Effective time management and prioritization capabilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Resilience to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software
