Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Automated Trading Algorithm Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing advanced trading algorithms specifically designed for decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms. You will work in a dynamic environment alongside our quantitative team to build innovative solutions for automated trading in the DeFi space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cutting-edge automated trading algorithms tailored specifically for DeFi venues
- Design solutions for various trading strategies including liquidity provision, quantitative trading, and arbitrage
- Collaborate with the quantitative team to develop and maintain an on-chain automated trading system
- Work closely with our broader quantitative trading and research team to create solutions for automated DeFi trading
- Continuously optimize and improve existing trading algorithms based on market conditions and performance metrics
- Stay updated with the latest developments in DeFi protocols and incorporate new opportunities into trading strategies
Job Requirements
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Rust, or Solidity
- Experience in developing automated trading systems or algorithms
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols and on-chain trading mechanisms
- Understanding of quantitative trading concepts and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with blockchain development and smart contracts
- Background in financial markets or quantitative finance
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and data analysis
- Previous work experience in the cryptocurrency or DeFi space
