Job Description
As a Risk Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the platform by identifying and managing potential high-risk accounts. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize risk monitoring tools and alert systems to identify potential high-risk trading behaviors on the platform.
- Review and analyze transaction data of high-risk users to detect violations such as money laundering or market manipulation.
- Implement appropriate restrictions or lift restrictions on high-risk accounts based on the analysis results.
- Work closely with the customer service department to communicate timely actions taken against high-risk users.
- Provide comprehensive data support to the customer service team and assist in effective communication with users.
- Participate in improving and optimizing the platform's risk control strategies and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of risk identification.
- Regularly summarize typical cases of high-risk users, provide strategic recommendations, and enhance the overall risk control level of the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in risk control, compliance, or related financial operations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex transaction data
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with risk monitoring systems and fraud detection tools
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Attention to detail and ability to make sound judgments under pressure
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in risk management or compliance (e.g., FRM, CAMS)
- Experience in fintech or cryptocurrency platforms
- Knowledge of blockchain transaction analysis
- Multilingual capabilities for global platform support
