Job Description
This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure transaction accuracy, analyzing risk factors, and providing actionable insights to optimize trading operations. The position requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to identify potential risks and improve platform performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customer service, business, operations, and audit departments to verify and explain any objections to transaction orders provided by users.
- Integrate with the monitoring system to analyze risk users and risk orders, providing disposal recommendations.
- Inspect warehouse receipts, proactively grasp the overview of platform holdings, and analyze/summarize the composition of holdings with daily analysis reports.
- Summarize historical transactions by analyzing user trading techniques, processes, profits/losses, and potential risk points, then output analysis reports with observation or disposal suggestions.
- Maintain a list of closely followed users, continuously track and report on transactions and behaviors of key users, and output daily tracking report forms.
- Monitor parameter and variety parameter risks of trading products, providing reasonable recommended values.
Job Requirements
