Key Responsibilities
  • Market Expansion and Channel Construction: Develop and manage target markets based on company strategic goals, establishing an efficient channel network covering both large and small agents. Analyze market dynamics, identify customer segments, and design targeted sales strategies.
  • Membership System and Transaction Scenarios: Design and optimize the membership system to drive member growth. Plan and build transaction scenarios, achieving performance breakthroughs through event organization and resource integration.
  • Team Management and Motivation: Establish and lead a high-performing marketing team. Develop incentive policies to enhance execution and morale. Train team members in market expansion, communication, negotiation, and crisis response.
  • Sales Policy and Process Management: Create flexible sales policies aligned with market demand. Ensure policy implementation and effectiveness while optimizing marketing and sales workflows for operational efficiency.
  • Risk Control and Crisis Management: Conduct risk assessments for target markets and establish robust control mechanisms. Respond promptly to market changes to safeguard business stability.
  • Product Promotion and Market Influence: Understand the market value of blockchain products (e.g., computing power, mining machines) and develop effective promotion plans. Strengthen brand influence and drive product adoption.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in market expansion, channel management, or business development, preferably in blockchain or tech industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer behavior.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating teams.
  • Strategic thinker with experience in designing sales policies and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to assess risks and implement effective control measures.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain products and their market applications.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and crisis management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
