Senior Product Manager at Sidekick

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Planning and Management
  • Responsible for the development of Web3 related products from scratch, developing product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Work closely with blockchain development teams to promote the launch and iteration of decentralized trading platforms (DEX) or related products.
• Requirement Analysis and Implementation
  • Research market trends and user needs, design innovative product features and user experience.
  • Manage the entire process from requirement gathering, feature definition, development coordination to final deployment.
• UI/UX Optimization
  • Work with the design team to improve product interface design, ensuring it is user-friendly and aligns with user habits.
  • Enhance the user experience of the product and optimize the user operation process.
• Team Coordination and Overall Planning
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient execution of product development and launch.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, respond quickly to user feedback and market trends.
• Development of Live Streaming Module (Bonus)
  • Design and promote live streaming functional modules, including real-time interaction, tipping and other mechanisms.
  • Optimize the live streaming user experience, increase user activity and interaction rate.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3/blockchain space.
• Strong product strategy vision and UI/UX design skills.
• Experience in cross-team collaboration and project management.
• Background in live streaming products is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user needs effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
