Senior Product Manager at Scroll

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the exploration of growth levers to expand Scroll's developer community through strategic initiatives and product innovation.
• Collaborate with founders, business development teams, developers, and stakeholders to gather insights and co-develop projects that align with organizational goals.
• Execute projects in partnership with designers and engineers, ensuring seamless integration of technical and creative elements while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
• Document and share feedback, learnings, and progress updates with relevant teams to foster transparency and continuous improvement.
• Develop and refine product solutions in conjunction with stakeholders, balancing creativity with practicality to address community needs effectively.
• Identify and test new ideas that may evolve into sustainable growth strategies for Scroll, demonstrating initiative and ownership in the innovation process.
• Oversee long-term project roadmaps, positioning yourself as a thought leader within the organization and driving strategic direction for community growth.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management or community growth, with a demonstrated ability to drive results in developer ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user feedback, and technical feasibility, translating data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including founders, engineers, and designers.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision for community development.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies to coordinate initiatives, track progress, and deliver outcomes on time.
