Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Operations
- Responsible for daily content planning, publishing, and maintenance of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
- Write content related to industry trends to enhance brand awareness and attention.
- Analyze operational data from various platforms, optimize content strategies, and improve user interaction and engagement.
- Community Management
- Manage communities such as Telegram, Discord, Reddit, etc., maintain community order, and promote healthy interaction.
- Plan and execute community activities such as AMA, airdrops, quizzes, etc. to enhance user stickiness.
- Timely handle user feedback and questions, establish and maintain good user relationships, and maintain brand reputation.
- Market Activity Support
- Coordinate with market promotion activities, plan and execute online and offline promotional activities.
- Create creative content (copy, images, short videos) to support brand marketing and product promotion.
- Content Creation and Management
- Pay attention to the latest developments and social media trends in the Crypto/Web3 field, and plan innovative activities and content based on industry characteristics.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing social media and community content.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Regularly provide operational analysis reports to interpret user behavior and market trends behind the data.
- Continuously optimize operational strategies through A/B testing and user research.
- Partnership
- Maintain close contact with KOLs, media, and partners to jointly plan promotional activities.
- Explore and expand social media and community collaboration resources.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management and community operations, preferably in the cryptocurrency or Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and community platforms (Telegram, Discord, Reddit).
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills with the ability to produce engaging and creative materials.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve engagement and growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with users, KOLs, and partners.
- Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
