Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's social media presence across various platforms, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will create engaging content, plan marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to enhance brand awareness and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management: Oversee daily operations of major platforms including Twitter, Medium, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Regularly publish high-quality content covering industry news, company updates, product introductions, user cases, and technical knowledge to boost brand exposure and interaction rates.
  • Content Planning and Creation: Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals. Create compelling copy and schedule promotional content two weeks in advance to ensure creativity and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends to produce timely, relevant content that increases brand visibility.
  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize and implement online marketing activities such as live streams, Q&A sessions, giveaways, and challenges to drive user engagement. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure smooth execution, followed by performance evaluation and data analysis.
  • Data Analysis and Feedback: Regularly review social media metrics, generate operation reports, and provide optimization recommendations. Address user feedback promptly to improve satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Brand Building and Maintenance: Uphold and enhance the company's brand image by ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. Monitor competitor activities, conduct industry analysis, and identify new promotion opportunities.
Job Requirements
