Job Description
The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media and community management strategies to enhance brand awareness and increase user engagement and participation. You will ensure that our social media and community content is compelling, relevant, and aligned with the company's brand voice and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage compelling content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to community interactions, fostering positive engagement and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the company's presence innovative and effective.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve performance.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
