Job Description
OneBullEx is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and support the company's rapid business growth. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies, identify top talent, and oversee the entire hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job requirement discussions, talent sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, Boss Zhipin, Liepin, Telegram, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' professional skills, communication abilities, and job fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, track feedback, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate relationship management to improve offer acceptance rates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool to continuously gather industry-leading candidates.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., hiring cycle, channel effectiveness, efficiency) and provide optimization suggestions.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience to enhance hiring quality and efficiency.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and other recruitment-related projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in recruiting for internet, fintech, Web3, exchange, or high-tech industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with hiring processes for technical, product, operations, or business roles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boss Zhipin, Liepin, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong talent sourcing and evaluation skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented with strong execution skills, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in Web3, blockchain, or exchange recruitment is highly desirable.
- Background in headhunting or technical recruitment is advantageous.
- Experience in overseas or international team recruitment is a plus.
