Job Description
As a key technical leader, you will be responsible for driving technical decisions and architecture design for the business line, ensuring systems are scalable and maintainable. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements to deployment, managing development timelines effectively.
Leading a team of 3-5 engineers, you will establish coding standards, review processes, and foster a strong engineering culture without micromanaging. Your hands-on involvement will be crucial in developing core modules across cutting-edge domains like AI, Web3, Payment systems, Agentic Applications, and Wallet technologies.
You will proactively address technical risks and data quality concerns, particularly focusing on critical areas such as blockchain reorganization, payment reconciliation, and system monitoring to ensure production-grade stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Make strategic technical decisions and design system architectures
- Manage the complete product development lifecycle from conception to launch
- Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 engineers
- Develop or guide development of core modules in specialized domains
- Ensure system reliability by addressing technical risks proactively
Job Requirements
- Strong coding ability: Write high-quality, maintainable code and make appropriate architectural decisions without over-engineering
- Technical proficiency: Mastery of at least one programming language among Go, Rust, Java, or TypeScript
- Fast learning: Quick to adapt to new domains (AI, blockchain, payments) with minimal guidance
- Sound judgment: Ability to make clear technical recommendations amid uncertainty
- AI adoption: Daily use of AI tools for coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation
- Efficiency mindset: Belief in "Engineer + AI > Manual Work" productivity model
