Job Description
The Test Manager is responsible for overseeing the full process testing of the company's product line, ensuring high-quality product launches through comprehensive and standardized testing procedures. This role involves developing testing plans, maintaining testing environments, and conducting functional and performance testing. Additionally, the Test Manager will drive the development and application of testing tools, automation systems, and quality assurance infrastructure to enhance testing efficiency and support rapid team iteration.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full process testing of the company's product line, developing testing plans, establishing and maintaining testing environments.
- Conduct comprehensive and standardized functional/performance testing of the system according to the testing process, ensuring the quality of product launch.
- Develop and apply testing tools, automation systems, and quality assurance infrastructure to improve testing efficiency.
- Conduct continuous integration optimization to provide quality support for rapid iteration of the team.
- Quickly understand product requirements, gain a deep understanding of system architecture, and actively communicate with product and development teams.
- Help analyze and solve problems, summarize the progress of testing execution, and influence the quality awareness of the entire team.
- Track and locate feedback issues, support the team to respond quickly, and assist in resolving them.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in test management, including developing testing plans and maintaining testing environments.
- Strong knowledge of functional and performance testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and applying testing tools, automation systems, and quality assurance infrastructure.
