Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in product design discussions, accurately interpreting product requirements and interaction prototypes to create user-centered design solutions. Conduct thorough user research to identify core needs and goals, and develop visual concepts that reflect the product's positioning and value proposition.
• Collaborate effectively with upstream and downstream teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Translate technical requirements into visual designs, ensuring seamless communication between departments. Monitor the implementation process to guarantee design fidelity and address any issues that arise during development.
• Design and maintain visual style guides, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces. Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools. Perform usability testing and iterate on design improvements based on user feedback.
• Document design decisions and rationale, providing clear explanations for design choices. Share best practices and methodologies with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation in design processes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in UI design and WEB3 technologies, incorporating relevant innovations into design work. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design elements support brand messaging and user engagement strategies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UI design with a focus on digital products, preferably in the WEB3 or blockchain industry. Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and functional interfaces that enhance user experience.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop. Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, layout, and user flow.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Ability to present design concepts clearly and advocate for user-centered solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and translate it into actionable design improvements. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of WEB3 technologies such as blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized applications. Understanding of how to design interfaces that integrate with these technologies while maintaining usability and accessibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design outputs.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field. Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Fluency in English for clear communication with international teams. Willingness to participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
