Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of the GateKeeper trading tool software and the main app.
• Follow and improve design specifications to ensure consistency and innovation in product visual style.
• Possess excellent business understanding ability, able to accurately grasp product goals, organize and formulate design goals and priorities.
• Participate in product interaction design, work closely with upstream and downstream teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Keep up with design trends, deeply understand the needs of target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate user transaction experiences.
• Effectively handle multitasking and priority conflicts, ensuring that design projects are completed on time.

Job Requirements

• Must have trading experience to understand the nuances of financial products and user behavior.
• Strong business acumen to align design goals with product objectives.
• Proficiency in visual and interaction design principles.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
