UI/UX Interface Designer at WEEX

Location: Overseas (preferably in core Web3 regions such as Europe, America, or Southeast Asia)

Language Requirements: Fluent in both Chinese and English (proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; capable of full English office communication)

Education Requirements: Overseas study background (Bachelor's degree or above, with preference given to majors such as Visual Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or Art Design)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior full-time work experience in renowned overseas Web3 teams or blockchain companies is preferred.
• Experience in independent overseas project design and visual setup for overseas products from scratch is preferred.
• Familiarity with AIGC creative design tools and the ability to efficiently produce creative visual solutions using AI is preferred.
• Possessing composite skills in brand visuals, overseas marketing visuals, and metaverse space design is preferred.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience & Background: 8+ years of full-time UI/visual design experience, specializing in Web3/blockchain/metaverse/decentralized products, with proven overseas Web3 product design project experience. Must hold a formal overseas Bachelor's degree or higher, be familiar with overseas internet design ecosystems and user habits, and be willing to work overseas long-term.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both Chinese and English, with fluent speaking and writing abilities. Must be capable of independently conducting full-English meetings, requirement discussions, and document output, adapting to a fully international office environment.
• Creativity & Design Skills: Top-tier original creativity and international aesthetic sense, not limited to conventional UI templates. Skilled in differentiated visual innovation and immersive visual creation, with exceptional control over color, layout, texture, and dynamic visuals. Must be able to independently complete the entire design process from concept to execution.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Figma, Sketch, PS, AI, AE, and other design tools. Expertise in component-based design, responsive design, and multi-platform adaptation. Familiar with Lottie and Rive for motion design, capable of independently creating product interaction effects and creative visual animations.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain product logic, familiar with design standards, user scenarios, and industry pain points of mainstream Web3 products such as wallets, exchanges, DApps, and blockchain games. Knowledge of overseas Web3 market compliance requirements and design trends.
• Soft Skills: Excellent cross-cultural communication, independent project management, and problem-solving skills. Must thrive in a fast-paced, innovative overseas work environment, with an open mindset, strong self-driven innovation, and holistic design thinking.
• Portfolio Requirement: Submission must include a complete portfolio, highlighting original Web3 overseas product design cases, creative visual projects, and full design process works. No templated or copied content allowed.
