Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the visual design, functional iteration, and redesign of the GateKeeper trading tool software and the main app.
• Follow and improve design specifications to ensure consistency and innovation in product visual style.
• Possess excellent business understanding ability, able to accurately grasp product goals, organize and formulate design goals and priorities.
• Possess certain product and interaction thinking, participate in product interaction design, work closely with upstream and downstream teams, and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Keep up with design trends, deeply understand the needs of target customers, and continuously optimize and innovate user transaction experiences.
• Able to effectively handle multitasking and priority conflicts, ensuring that design projects are completed on time.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in visual and functional design for trading tools or financial applications.
• Strong understanding of business goals and ability to translate them into design priorities.
• Experience in product and interaction design, with a focus on user experience optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the trading/financial sector.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must have trading experience to understand user needs and behaviors in financial markets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization in financial or trading applications.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions for trading platforms.
