Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for user acquisition, activity enhancement, user retention, conversion rate optimization, and user education of Telegram Mini App products, promoting user and business growth through refined operations.
- Organize and manage user communities to enhance user stickiness, contribution, and loyalty.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and participation, and develop promotional plans in line with product needs.
- Participate in community operations, collect user feedback and public opinion data, and analyze user core needs.
Additional Responsibilities
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and product development. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest trends in blockchain technology and community engagement strategies to drive continuous improvement.
