Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end user lifecycle management, including user acquisition, conversion, activation, and retention
- Develop and implement growth marketing strategies based on user needs to achieve business growth objectives
- Utilize data-driven approaches to create targeted work plans, monitor ROI, and identify optimization opportunities
- Continuously research and implement the most effective growth methodologies in the market to enhance company growth efficiency
- Demonstrate strong planning capabilities and leadership to independently drive teams in solution implementation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth marketing or user growth strategies, preferably in overseas markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent product sense and understanding of user behavior patterns
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate growth strategies and results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions
