Job Description
This position is for a highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to develop visually compelling and user-centric digital experiences. You will be responsible for translating business objectives into intuitive interfaces that align with technical capabilities and user needs. The role involves creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for both web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality and aesthetic appeal. You will also conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will contribute to the evolution of our product offerings and help shape the future of digital interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution for web and mobile applications
- Conduct in-depth user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that meet business requirements and technical constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and information architecture
- Perform usability testing and iterate on design solutions to improve user satisfaction
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency
- Work with engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical implementation
- Present design concepts to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through visual storytelling
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in UX innovation
- Document design processes, user feedback, and decision rationales for transparency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in UX design with a proven track record
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and analytics tools
- Excellent knowledge of design principles including accessibility, usability, and information hierarchy
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and conduct user testing sessions
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to technical teams
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with stakeholders and developers
- Experience with agile development processes and iterative design cycles
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX projects with measurable outcomes
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to analyze user feedback and translate it into design improvements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Continuous learning attitude to stay updated with evolving design trends
- Fluency in English for clear communication with global teams
