This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and content operation strategies across the company's social media platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, and Discord. The candidate will oversee the implementation of these strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning. Key tasks involve analyzing user behavior and market trends to create tailored content plans that meet the evolving needs of the company's overseas audience. The role requires proactive planning of daily and special events to strengthen brand presence, engage fans, and foster loyalty. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand identity and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement metrics to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth.
- Plan and execute cross-platform campaigns (Twitter, Facebook, Discord) that align with seasonal trends, product launches, and brand milestones.
- Design interactive event content to enhance fan participation, including live Q&A sessions, contests, and exclusive announcements.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably with 3+ years in managing overseas platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Discord).
- Strong understanding of content strategy development, including audience segmentation, keyword research, and trend analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in using social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.) for data-driven decision making.
- Ability to create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that maximize reach and engagement across different platforms.
