UX Designer at Sidekick

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to analyze user needs and develop comprehensive user profiles and scenarios
• Design and optimize User Flow to improve product interaction experience
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and interaction design documents to effectively communicate design concepts
• Work closely with UI designers to maintain consistency between visual and interactive design elements
• Partner with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions
• Conduct research on industry trends and user behaviors to provide innovative design insights for product development

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, preferably in Web3 or related technology fields
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Excellent understanding of user research methodologies and interaction design principles
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of current Web3 trends and technologies is highly desirable
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining productivity and communication
• Availability to work during Dongba District business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain or decentralized application design
• Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Background in psychology or human-computer interaction
• Experience conducting usability testing and user interviews
