Job Description
Responsible for the promotion and advertising design of the company's online and offline business, including but not limited to banners, product display images, promotional images, videos, PPTs, and other visual materials. This role involves participating in market activity design schemes, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives. The candidate will also be tasked with designing and implementing comprehensive design solutions, tracking their effectiveness through data analysis, and continuously building and optimizing visual strategies to enhance brand presence and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative advertising concepts for both digital and physical platforms, ensuring visual consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design promotional campaigns, including video content creation and presentation design.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of design initiatives using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and industry trends, integrating insights into visual design strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  • Provide design support for special events and product launches, creating assets that reflect the company's core values and messaging.
  • Stay updated on design trends and technological advancements to ensure the company's visual content remains innovative and competitive.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in advertising design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and presentation creation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and InDesign.
  • Excellent understanding of branding principles, including color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, visually compelling content across all platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts to stakeholders and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects in parallel without compromising on quality or deadlines.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools, including SEO, social media platforms, and online advertising metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address design challenges and develop innovative solutions that meet business goals.
