Job Description
We are seeking a talented and creative Brand Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective brand promotion materials that align with our company's international standards and aesthetic preferences. This role requires a keen eye for design trends, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality visual solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design all brand promotion materials for the company, including but not limited to: banners, posters, UI visual materials, IP image, VI design, etc.
- Proactively identify and reflect on design issues, and provide high-quality international design solutions.
- Design international application of product promotion materials in response to the company's product promotion needs.
- Pay attention to the changing trends in overseas visual design, and design products that meet international aesthetic preferences based on business needs.
- Quickly optimize existing products to ensure they remain competitive and visually appealing in international markets.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design, preferably in an international setting.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to adapt designs for different cultural preferences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in UI/UX design and familiarity with web and mobile design principles.
- Previous work experience in a global or multicultural environment.
- Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including international brand promotions.
