We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and oversee wallet operations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing technical coordination, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions to enhance wallet functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage current wallet operations to ensure smooth functionality
- Resolve technical coordination issues during wallet docking processes
- Troubleshoot and address software and network problems affecting wallet operations
- Optimize the use and switching between multiple wallets during operational processes
- Monitor and analyze wallet operation status to identify potential issues
- Provide technical support for spot transactions involving coins and blockchain operations
- Develop and implement effective solutions to operational challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote and implement wallet solutions
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in wallet operations or blockchain technology
- Strong technical background with ability to troubleshoot software and network issues
- Understanding of cryptocurrency wallets and blockchain infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement effective solutions
- Ability to coordinate between multiple systems and platforms
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of spot trading and blockchain operations is preferred
