Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of HTX in Turkey by establishing and nurturing relationships with local crypto influencers, communities, and institutions. Your role will focus on expanding our user base and trading volume through strategic partnerships and effective marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local crypto KOLs, influencers, communities, quants, institutions, and other potential partners to promote HTX in Turkey.
- Address and resolve follow-up issues for affiliate partners to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Act as the official representative of HTX, fostering long-term cooperation with KOLs, marketing channels, and affiliate partners to boost trading volume.
- Execute and optimize KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing channel performance to maximize ROI.
- Monitor local industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Complete tasks assigned by leadership to support overall business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership development, influencer marketing, or business development within the crypto or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of the Turkish crypto market and key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Turkish is preferred.
