Job Description
As an AML Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating alerts flagged by the transaction monitoring system to identify potential suspicious activities related to money laundering or other financial crimes.
You will utilize advanced monitoring tools to scrutinize transactions and detect patterns indicative of sanctioned or illicit activities. Timely escalation and reporting of suspicious cases are critical, requiring collaboration with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate follow-up actions.
Additionally, you will assist regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies by providing necessary information during investigations. A key responsibility includes preparing Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) accurately and within deadlines while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.
Documentation of investigative findings and drafting reports for compliance management and regulatory purposes will also be part of your duties. You may provide feedback on transaction monitoring tools and support system enhancements to improve detection capabilities.
This role also involves handling ad-hoc projects and other assigned tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Prior AML experience in the cryptocurrency industry is required
- Must have hands-on experience with transaction monitoring systems
- This position requires on-site office work
