Job Description:
The Localization Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality of multilingual content for Apps and Web platforms, guaranteeing accuracy, fluency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define localization project scope, create plans, allocate resources, monitor progress and quality, manage risks, conduct pre-delivery checks, and summarize post-delivery experiences.
- Manage localization resources, including daily communication and coordination with vendors and freelance translators.
- Handle project asset management, such as file distribution, collection, organization, and maintenance (including TM, Glossary, SG), as well as translator payment records.
- Address unexpected issues and risks during project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure multilingual content meets high-quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Facilitate smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Preferred Majors: English, Localization, Translation, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in multilingual localization, translation, or project management.
- Familiarity with localization industry standards, quality processes, and translation tools.
- Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency exchange projects is a plus.
- Knowledge:
- Understanding of blockchain industry terminology.
- Expertise in multilingual localization project management.
