Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Contract BD professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing contract trading channels in key regions including Nigeria, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. This role involves developing strategic partnerships, maintaining client relationships, and driving performance to meet monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage contract trading channels to ensure the achievement of monthly performance targets.
  • Identify and onboard agents, broker channels, and partners within the assigned regions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to optimize channel effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, understand user needs, and deliver customized services.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and expand regional sales channels.
  • Organize and execute online and offline activities to engage target users and enhance brand presence in the regional market.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, contract trading, or channel management.
  • Strong understanding of the markets in Nigeria, Africa, Southeast Asia, Europe, or the Middle East.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience in organizing marketing or engagement activities is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the target regions.
  • Existing network of contacts in the specified markets.
  • Experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) or influencers.
