Job Description

【Position Overview】 Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead the global expansion of Decent Wallet and establish Web3 partnerships.
  • Enhance brand influence in the Web3 market and create new growth opportunities.

【Key Responsibilities】 Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Manage ongoing relationships with global Web3 partners and identify follow-up collaboration opportunities.
  • Plan and execute diverse collaboration models such as campaigns, content, and service integrations with partners.
  • Develop the direction and launch strategy for new services, designing GTM strategies for global markets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (planning, development, marketing) to realize partnerships and drive marketing activities.
  • Analyze industry trends and ecosystem developments to derive insights for partnership planning.

【Tools】 You’ll use these tools:

  • Google Workspace / MS Office / Slack / Notion / ChatGPT
  • Google Analytics / Metabase

【Opportunities】 You’ll also have the chance to:

  • Participate in global Web3 project partner meetings or events.
  • Contribute ideas to new Web3 business planning and be involved in the service development process.
Job Requirements

【Qualifications】 We’re looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development or related fields.
  • Understanding of the Web3 or blockchain market and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
  • Proficiency in English for emails, meetings, and business communication.
  • A passion for networking with diverse industry professionals.

【Preferred Qualifications】 Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience managing Web3 projects or collaborating with communities.
  • Hands-on experience with crypto investments, Web3 wallets, or DeFi services.
  • Experience collaborating with overseas partners or building global communities.
