Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Agency/Partner Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the company's growth by developing and managing relationships with agents and partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping agency policies, building a high-performing agent network, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the formulation of agency/partner policies in line with the company's strategy, and comprehensively promote the company's products.
- Establish a cooperative control system for agents, including recruitment, operation management, and incentive/elimination processes, to build a stable and high-quality agent team.
- Provide business guidance and training to agents, collaborating with them to achieve channel performance targets.
- Implement and manage the company's agent management system, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all agency-related activities.
- Monitor agent performance and provide actionable insights to improve productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agents and partners to foster long-term collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in agency/partner management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and guide agents.
- Ability to develop and implement policies and systems to manage agent performance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess agent performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
