Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement marketing campaigns tailored to specific market segments, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
- Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluating campaign success against predefined metrics.
- Ensure all campaign activities adhere to organizational guidelines and standards, utilizing Jira as the primary project management tool for task tracking, resource allocation, and process optimization.
- Recruit, onboard, and train external agencies, including creative studios, digital marketing firms, and production partners, to ensure seamless campaign delivery and quality outcomes.
- Compile comprehensive performance reports, analyzing campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
- Continuously refine new campaigns by incorporating feedback from existing initiatives, benchmarking against historical performance, and applying best practices to enhance ROI.
- Organize and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, including crafting compelling marketing copy, coordinating with designers and animators for visual content creation, and liaising with printers for material production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive marketing execution and alignment with overall business strategy.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, to ensure campaign objectives are clearly communicated and supported.
