We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our global exchange community across platforms like Telegram and Discord. This role is pivotal in fostering strong user relationships and ensuring a vibrant, engaging, and safe community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the global exchange community on platforms such as Telegram and Discord, ensuring smooth communication and interaction.
- Respond to user inquiries promptly, address complaints and feedback, and work towards improving overall user satisfaction.
- Plan and execute community activities (e.g., AMA sessions, airdrops, Q&A events) to boost engagement and enhance user loyalty.
- Monitor community discussions to prevent fraud, FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), and other harmful content, maintaining a positive and constructive environment.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize product and service experiences.
Job Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse global user base.
