Job Description
The Head of Community Management is responsible for leading and nurturing our online community across multiple platforms. This role involves strategic oversight of community engagement, moderation, and growth initiatives to ensure a thriving ecosystem for members. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community efforts with business goals and drive long-term success through innovative programs and proactive management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and engage our vibrant community across various platforms, including Discord, Telegram, Zealy, and our voting platform, to ensure active participation and a strong sense of belonging among members.
  • Lead a team of community moderators, providing guidance and support, and setting a positive example through your own behavior and communication.
  • Monitor and analyze community performance metrics, such as engagement rates, user feedback, and activity levels, to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of Discord and Telegram channels, including configuring permissions, integrating bots, and implementing security measures to protect the community.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment by consistently enforcing community guidelines and addressing any violations promptly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in community management to drive innovation and continuous growth.
  • Innovate and execute community campaigns, activation events, and other initiatives to enhance member engagement and build a strong community presence.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or related fields, with a track record of successfully growing and sustaining online communities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and engage with diverse audiences effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions for community optimization.
  • Fluency in multiple digital tools (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Zealy) and platforms, along with basic technical proficiency for managing backend systems.
  • Leadership experience in managing teams, delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Knowledge of content creation, event planning, and marketing principles to design compelling community experiences.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving trends and technologies while maintaining a consistent focus on community values and objectives.
