Community Manager Intern/Apprentice (Twitter & Discord) is a dynamic role focused on cultivating and maintaining a vibrant online community for our Web3 projects. This position requires proactive engagement with users across social platforms, strategic content planning, and data-driven analysis to enhance community growth and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure community insights directly influence our initiatives and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively interact with the community on Twitter and Discord, responding to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely manner to foster engagement and trust.
- Monitor and analyze customer reviews, social media conversations, and community sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Create, edit, and publish diverse content formats including original text, visuals, videos, and news updates to maintain community interest and activity.
- Organize and execute regular community events, challenges, and initiatives to drive participation and keep members informed about project developments.
- Develop and implement growth strategies for community expansion on Twitter and Discord, leveraging partnerships, promotions, and collaborative campaigns.
- Oversee community moderation by enforcing platform guidelines, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a respectful environment for all members.
- Track and report on key metrics such as return on investment, member acquisition rates, and engagement performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media dashboards.
Job Requirements

Qualifications

- Knowledge of Web3 concepts such as blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized applications to contribute meaningfully to community discussions.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere, or basic video editing software.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills to meet daily content deadlines and handle community inquiries efficiently.
