Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operation and growth of our online community. This role involves strategic planning, user engagement, and data-driven optimization to enhance community activity and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and manage the community according to phased goals and plans, ensuring user acquisition and retention.
  • Enhance community activity by planning and executing engaging topics and meeting business demand indicators.
  • Explore user needs, design targeted online marketing activities, and track effectiveness to improve user stickiness, activity, and conversion rates.
  • Interact with users to identify potential and core members, drive user conversion, and develop key user cultivation plans.
  • Analyze daily operational data to reflect community/user behavior, optimize community structure, and refine operational methods.
  • Maintain close communication with users, gather feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments for timely adjustments.
  • Manage the MOD and Ambassador teams, guiding core members to build community culture and expand brand influence.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or digital marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for user engagement.
  • Ability to plan and execute creative community initiatives.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
