Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to oversee the operation and growth of our online community. This role involves strategic planning, user engagement, and data-driven optimization to enhance community activity and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the community according to phased goals and plans, ensuring user acquisition and retention.
- Enhance community activity by planning and executing engaging topics and meeting business demand indicators.
- Explore user needs, design targeted online marketing activities, and track effectiveness to improve user stickiness, activity, and conversion rates.
- Interact with users to identify potential and core members, drive user conversion, and develop key user cultivation plans.
- Analyze daily operational data to reflect community/user behavior, optimize community structure, and refine operational methods.
- Maintain close communication with users, gather feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments for timely adjustments.
- Manage the MOD and Ambassador teams, guiding core members to build community culture and expand brand influence.
