Job Description
This position is responsible for comprehensive market planning and brand promotion strategies. The candidate will conduct in-depth market research to analyze product positioning, target audience behavior, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights and innovative market operation suggestions. Key tasks include developing and executing promotional campaigns across multiple channels, managing brand partnerships, and creating content that aligns with marketing objectives. The role also involves maintaining and optimizing social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to enhance brand visibility and user engagement. Additionally, the candidate will oversee community interactions on platforms like Telegram, Discord, and other product-specific channels, ensuring timely responses to user inquiries and feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and market penetration.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute global media promotion initiatives, including press releases, influencer collaborations, and content distribution.
- Manage social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) through content creation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Facilitate community engagement on Telegram, Discord, and product forums by responding to user queries, moderating discussions, and organizing interactive sessions.
- Collect and analyze user feedback from social media and community platforms to provide actionable insights to the product development team.
- Design and execute localized user growth strategies, including content localization, cultural adaptation, and targeted outreach programs.
- Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and community managers to amplify brand presence and foster user loyalty.
- Plan and coordinate both online (webinars, virtual events) and offline (launch events, pop-up activities) marketing initiatives globally.
- Independently organize small-scale community engagement activities, such as Q&A sessions, contests, and user onboarding programs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in market research, brand management, or digital marketing with a focus on social media and community engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into marketing strategies.
- Strong writing and content creation abilities, including crafting promotional articles, social media posts, and campaign materials.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language for international communication.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously, with experience in social media tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with global teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of user growth methodologies, including SEO, SEM, and social media analytics.
- Experience in organizing and executing community-driven campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track user interactions and feedback.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, budgets, and campaign execution for both small and large-scale activities.
